Assembly of Founding Members
The Assembly of Founding Members is the institution's governing body and is made up of an equal number of Costa Ricans and North Americans. It is responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of the Foundation's objectives and for preserving its endowment fund. It is also in charge of approving the regulations of the Foundation. The Founding Members render their services ad honorem.

Administrative Board
The administrative functions are the responsibility of a Board of five members: three of them appointed by the Assembly of Founding Members, one appointed by Costa Rica’s Executive Branch and one by the Municipality of the Canton of Perez Zeledon, the Foundation’s legal domicile. The members of this Board also serve ad honorem.
CRUSA‘s Staff
The CRUSA Foundation’s Administration comprises an Executive Directorate, a Programs Directorate and an Administrative-Finance Department. For certain specialized tasks, CRUSA also contracts the services of external consultants.
